Welcome to my website. My name is George Evans, I'm a photographer based on the Wirral Peninsula in Merseyside and a member of Hoylake Photographic Society. I bought my first camera, a Sony F717 in 2004 and now own a Sony A700 DSLR for my Sony, Minolta and Tamron lenses. Although my main subject of interest is flower photography I've recently bought a Sony A200 DSLR that's been permanently converted to infrared and also enjoy taking HDR images. You can see examples of both effects in the Infrared and Arty Stuff galleries.
